What is PawCoach?
PawCoach is an AI dog coaching app. It offers AI coach conversations, personalized training guidance, activity, feeding, walking, and play tracking, health and care reminders, dog profiles and photos, AI-generated avatars, memories and milestones, journey recaps, multi-dog support, and voice input.
Is PawCoach a replacement for my veterinarian?
No. PawCoach does not provide veterinary advice, and AI content can be imperfect. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health concerns. See our Terms of Use for details.
How does the AI coach work?
You can chat with the AI coach by typing or using voice input. It uses your messages and your dog's profile to provide personalized guidance. Responses are AI-generated and should be used as general information, not professional advice.
Can I manage more than one dog?
Yes. PawCoach supports multiple dogs from a single account.
How is my data handled?
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use tracking or the advertising identifier (IDFA). Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account and its associated data at any time directly within the app:
- Open the PawCoach app and sign in.
- Go to Settings (or your account/profile section).
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm to permanently delete your account and associated data.

Managing Your Subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select PawCoach.
- Choose to change your plan or Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For billing questions specific to Apple, you can also contact Apple Support.
